Tucked away under tall cedars in Pollock Pines is our community El Dorado County Public Library. In this rustic setting Kris Spiegelberg, our valued librarian, welcomes readers of all ages to browse a wide selection of reading materials and relax inside a comfortable, friendly environment. Timely Arrangements for your Safety

To continue to serve our community the Pollock Pines Library developed some guidelines for our guests. While we are currently open for limited hours, we want to help you enjoy free reading material and a safe environment. 

The library has a maximum capacity of 4 patrons*. When we reach that capacity, time limits will be enforced. Face coverings are required.
Hours: Tu: 12-4 pm / Wed: 11 am-12 pm (Age 60+ & at-risk patrons only), 12-4 pm (general public) / Fri: 12-4 pm / Sat: 12-4 pm / Closed Sun, Mon and Thurs
Curbside pickup: Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat 12-4 pm.

 When you arrive at library parking lot,

please call 530.644.2498.  Have your library

card number ready so we can prepare your materials.
